Our Design Process

Flourished is a full-service event design studio based on the Eastern Shore, specializing in thoughtfully curated experiences. From custom florals and ambient lighting to luxe linens, drapery, tabletop décor, and beyond we bring every detail together under one roof. Our streamlined process makes planning effortless, with a team dedicated to bringing your vision to life from first inquiry to final detail. With flexible, competitively priced  packages, we offer elevated design tailored to your style and budget.

  • Step 1: We get to know you!

    Please start by visiting our "Contact" page and filling out our questionnaire as a majority of the information we need are on that form. We then take our time getting to know you and what you want to create by setting up a time to do a phone consultation to further discuss your design, desires, and expectations. Getting to know YOU helps us curate our process to meet your personal needs. Your enjoyment throughout the planning process is very important to us! We will do everything we can to make sure you feel relaxed and at ease.

  • Step 2: We collaborate with you to create a detailed design that represents YOU

    We want your vision and event design to move you. We listen to what inspires your vision. We then bring the design vision to life by putting together a package that will fit your Style, your Vision, and your Budget. At this time we invite you to our studio to view all the items you have chosen. We want our design to tell your story.

  • Step 3: Signature please

    Once we have your quote together, we will email it to you along with our contract and terms. At this time, we can make any changes or clarify any questions you may have. If you are happy with your quote, we will then move onto signing the contract and collecting a 50% deposit to secure your date!

  • Step 4: The Big Day!

    On the day of your event, we will have all of our scheduled set up finished early giving you ample time prior to the event to take pictures. Our main goal during this process is to make the day as seamless as we can from the set-up of our Décor and Florals to the breakdown, we don't want you to worry about anything. The entire process is something we enjoy doing.
