In 2020 we were approached by a local venue in need of a lighting and decor company that their couples often struggled to find. We were no stranger to lighting and decor having been involved in holiday lighting and decor in years prior. We started small and month by month added new lighting features and decor to accommodate our couples request. Throughout this time, we also had a HUGE milestone of our own. WE GOT ENGAGED! We were so excited to be planning a wedding of our own, but soon faced a delima many brides we've worked with also encountered. When they would reach out to other vendors they would not hear back from them for weeks at a time (if ever), the quotes they received back would be so high they could not afford to utilize them, or the worst of them all, they would speak to someone who was inconsiderate of their special day.

We knew at this moment something had to change. For the following months we worked diligently collecting every ounce of knowledge we could to make sure no bride ever felt the disappointment so many had endured. In fall of 2022, we grew SoDel Lighting (Now Flourished) and began to offer Flatware, China, Glassware, Linens, Chargers, Center Pieces, etc. We launched this new endeavor at a venue’s open house and had great responses. We knew that we had filled a void that was greatly needed, but that wasn’t enough. A few more months went by and we continued to brainstorm on ways to give our couples a true 'One Stop Shop' that catered to their every need. On October 2nd, 2022 we decided to go back to school for floral design. We already had extensive knowledge in florals having completed multiple weddings for family and friends in the past, but we wanted to offer our couples something unique for them that no one else could. On January 30th, 2023, we re-branded as Flourished and turned our dreams into reality. We thank God every day for the opportunity he has given us and vow to make every last detail of your wedding or special event perfect.
